What we collect and why
- Booking messages (WhatsApp, phone, email): your name, contact details and the general reason for your visit, to arrange the appointment.
- Clinical information: collected only during visits in order to provide care (GDPR Art. 9(2)(h)) and kept confidential for the legally required period.
- Workshop interest list: name, email, country and profession, with your consent, used only to tell you about that event. The form is delivered by email through the FormSubmit service.
Please do not send clinical details, test results or photos via WhatsApp or email.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies. Fonts are served from this website without third-party requests, and no external content (maps, videos, social media) loads unless you tap a button. If you close the announcement bar at the top, your browser stores only that choice (local storage) so it is not shown again; it is used for nothing else. Any visitor statistics will be anonymous and cookie-free.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Cloudflare (website hosting), with transfer safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- FormSubmit (email delivery of the interest form) and Google (mailbox), which may process data outside the European Union.
- Meta: when you tap a WhatsApp or Instagram button you leave this website, and Meta's privacy policy applies.
How long we keep data
- Booking messages: as long as needed to arrange and manage your appointment.
- Workshop interest list: until the event ends and at most 12 months afterwards, or until you withdraw consent.
- Clinical information: for the period required by law for health records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, using the contacts above. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
Complaints Book
Complaints may be filed in the electronic Complaints Book. Regulator: Entidade Reguladora da Saúde (ERS).
